Time and present
This drawing is quite differerent from the rest of the collection, because it illustrates a time which doesn’t escape anymore. Time is the present and this present time stetches to infinity. The sleeper does not slumber any more, her eyes are opened on the world. She protects herself by placing her arms along her neck. Through her eyes we feel a sensation of perdition. The subject is not serene any more because she cannot escape from the anxiety of time.
Le temps et l'instant
Celui ci se détache de la collection, puisqu'il exprime le temps qui m'échappe plus. Soit le temps étant l'instant, et l'instant s'étirant sur le temps infini. Le dormeur ne sommeille plus, ses yeux sont ouvert sur le monde, il vient se protéger en placent ses bras le long de son cou. au travers de yeux on ressent un sensation de perdition. Le sujet n'est plus serein car il ne peut s'échapper de l'angoisse du temps.
